R 3 BAR TRAINING

Training using training equipment (bar, resistance band) called R3BAR. 1. First-time counseling

Before taking the training, please fill out the questionnaire to check your current physical condition. Based on the questionnaire, we will propose the most suitable menu according to the customer's worries, purpose and constitution, and will inform you about the training content, end time and amount of money to be done on the day.

2. Tube stretch

Perform dynamic stretching with a tube before training.
By performing dynamic stretching before training, body temperature rises, heart rate rises, range of motion of muscles and joints is widened, performance is improved, injury prevention / prevention, sympathetic nerves are activated, blood circulation is promoted, etc. Effect can be obtained.
 

Instead of training only a specific part like a general muscle training machine, you can effectively approach your favorite part such as deltoid muscle, abdominal muscle, back, upper arm, nice butt by changing the angle and method using R3BAR.
